SUBSCRIPTION BASED SUPPORT & TELEMETRY
CoolCARE is a subscription based support and telemetry service which allows the user and supplier to connect to each of the chilling systems manufactured by Coolsense.
The hardware is provided in the chilling system and connection is controlled by Coolsense.
Data transfer can be setup in a number of ways but it is typically done on an IoT network called Cat M1. The user of the system, or the supplier of the unit, subscribe to CoolCARE and are then given a username and password.
The information on the chiller is automatically loaded and data is transferred across to the CoolCARE web-based platform.
Additional product information gathered from selected instrumentation can also be setup and information transferred back to the CoolCARE platform. The telemetry can be configured by the user or the reseller, or Coolsense can offer it’s assistance in setting up the platform to suit the user’s needs.
